i started this adventure in november 2005 :) it is an adventure to buy a tiny house for my own. and i want to say that its really cooooolll........
november 2005 - i just wonder what should i do with my money. not becos i got a lot of money but i just want to make most of my money. spend it wisely.
nov 2005 - we went to kota wisata site in cibubur, east part of jakarta. i decided to buy the smallest type they have. a minimalist style of a grey picture -yea! i bought picture- cos they did not even dig the soil yet! they swapped my credit card for 5mil dealing.
dec 2005 - pay the first installment for 5 times down payment, 10mil each.
jan 2006, feb 2006, march 2006, april 2006 - pay the rest of down payment installment.
april 2006 - signed a 15years(!!!) contract with permata bank. we dealed with 15.5% rate of interest, fixed for the first year, then floating rate for the next years according to the market/bank rate. it was 2.4mil/month for the first year.
may 2006 - may 2007 my first year of payment for my cute ottawa house.
nov 2006 - i saw a great-cool-strong-very ppiglet-grey- building in ottawa cluster. my own tiny house :)
jan/feb 2007 i got the keys but the developer left the doors without handles! how come i get inside the house? so i left the keys in customer service, had them to setup all the handles and re-plant some pine trees that already died in my small terrace "garden" :) i got a piece of green area in front of my house and they put 3 little pine trees. some kind of short bushes and yellow wild orchid plants.
dec 2008 - for the first time i entered my ottawa house and found that its really well made. well done guys! in the same day i registered the house to a rental agent for 15mil/year. prohome, the agent said that the market rate is 12.5mil/year but they will open the offering with 15mil/year.
jan 2008 - prohome called that the house is picked by a korean for one year contract and he wants it as soon as possible. until now im still in semarang city for project so i asked my youngest brother to make a contract sign for me. he was surprisesd with my debts! A LOT of debts to pay before he can sign the rent contract. wakakakakakakaaaa...
care to know the debts detail?
. pln/electricity bills for 3 months
. pam/water supply bills for 3 months
. ipl/iuran pembersihan lingkungan / environment cleaning bill for 12 months
. pbb/pajak bumi dan bangunan/earth and building tax for 1 year
other things i need to pay were :
. electricity reconnection (cos they cut the connection after i ignore the 3 months bills
. water supply reconnection (cos they cut the connection after i ignore the 3 months bills
wow wow wow wow what the best house owner on earth. i neglected all my responsibilities to my cute ottawa house :(
but now i payed full all the debts :)
one thing i regret about the prohome agent is that i need to pay 10% agent fee! it should be 5% only but cos of some dirty game among the sales/marketing then i need to pay 10% instead of 5%. grrrrr....
by the way the contract closed with 15mil/year plus 2mil deposit (to avoid unwanted situation like dirty walls, unpayed bills, etc ) but after paying all the bills, agent 10% provision, only 12.5mil left now :) hahaha ..
my special thanks to michael, my icecoldstock's boss for about 3 years. i had work for him since november 2004 until december 2007. he's a good boss. he appreciated and recognized my work. also barry the big boss who really care about me. my ottawa house was built with what i earned from them. when she started to bear her first fruit, the supports from the icecoldstocks was ended. everything is perfect on its time. and all were planned by HIM alone.
all the praise, glory and honour is for GOD, and GOD alone.
