i started this adventure in november 2005 :) it is an adventure to buy a tiny house for my own. and i want to say that its really cooooolll........

november 2005 - i just wonder what should i do with my money. not becos i got a lot of money but i just want to make most of my money. spend it wisely.

nov 2005 - we went to kota wisata site in cibubur, east part of jakarta. i decided to buy the smallest type they have. a minimalist style of a grey picture -yea! i bought picture- cos they did not even dig the soil yet! they swapped my credit card for 5mil dealing.

dec 2005 - pay the first installment for 5 times down payment, 10mil each.
jan 2006, feb 2006, march 2006, april 2006 - pay the rest of down payment installment.

april 2006 - signed a 15years(!!!) contract with permata bank. we dealed with 15.5% rate of interest, fixed for the first year, then floating rate for the next years according to the market/bank rate. it was 2.4mil/month for the first year.

may 2006 - may 2007 my first year of payment for my cute ottawa house.

nov 2006 - i saw a great-cool-strong-very ppiglet-grey- building in ottawa cluster. my own tiny house :)

jan/feb 2007 i got the keys but the developer left the doors without handles! how come i get inside the house? so i left the keys in customer service, had them to setup all the handles and re-plant some pine trees that already died in my small terrace "garden" :) i got a piece of green area in front of my house and they put 3 little pine trees. some kind of short bushes and yellow wild orchid plants.

dec 2008 - for the first time i entered my ottawa house and found that its really well made. well done guys! in the same day i registered the house to a rental agent for 15mil/year. prohome, the agent said that the market rate is 12.5mil/year but they will open the offering with 15mil/year.

jan 2008 - prohome called that the house is picked by a korean for one year contract and he wants it as soon as possible. until now im still in semarang city for project so i asked my youngest brother to make a contract sign for me. he was surprisesd with my debts! A LOT of debts to pay before he can sign the rent contract. wakakakakakakaaaa...

care to know the debts detail?
. pln/electricity bills for 3 months
. pam/water supply bills for 3 months
. ipl/iuran pembersihan lingkungan / environment cleaning bill for 12 months
. pbb/pajak bumi dan bangunan/earth and building tax for 1 year

other things i need to pay were :
. electricity reconnection (cos they cut the connection after i ignore the 3 months bills
. water supply reconnection (cos they cut the connection after i ignore the 3 months bills

wow wow wow wow what the best house owner on earth. i neglected all my responsibilities to my cute ottawa house :(

but now i payed full all the debts :)

one thing i regret about the prohome agent is that i need to pay 10% agent fee! it should be 5% only but cos of some dirty game among the sales/marketing then i need to pay 10% instead of 5%. grrrrr....

by the way the contract closed with 15mil/year plus 2mil deposit (to avoid unwanted situation like dirty walls, unpayed bills, etc ) but after paying all the bills, agent 10% provision, only 12.5mil left now :) hahaha ..

my special thanks to michael, my icecoldstock's boss for about 3 years. i had work for him since november 2004 until december 2007. he's a good boss. he appreciated and recognized my work. also barry the big boss who really care about me. my ottawa house was built with what i earned from them. when she started to bear her first fruit, the supports from the icecoldstocks was ended. everything is perfect on its time. and all were planned by HIM alone.

all the praise, glory and honour is for GOD, and GOD alone.

1. to capture moments in their life
2. to develop their writing ability
3. to make money through the ad-sense hahaha
4. to share whats on their mind and let the world join them to make the world better place to live :)
5. to share whats on their mind, and their secret toughts they dont really care if anyone read the blog or not
6. internet, computer and blogs, thats how they spend most of their time cos they already got all they need (no need to think of their materials needed). i know an aquintance who has had all that she needs. all she did was shopping, dining, hang out and .. blogging. what did she do for living? hmm.. nothing, cos like i said, she already got what she needed for years to come :)

late 2007 flashback

today is the 14th of january 2008. this flashback should be written about 2 weeks ago but i was not sure what to write :p

hmmm.. about the 2007 flashback

in early jan 2007. my pastor said that in 2007 we will experience extraordinary miracle(s). will it be fullfilled in my personal life?

i started 2007 with a new spirit indeed.
january => spent new years eve in pandaan - surabaya for navision implementation (hah!)
january => got a stranger as new friend, but if I can rewind one thing in 2007, it is not to reply his email. what a big mistake i ever done. He’s been a nightmare for me.
april => switched from a developer to be an system application team member
- traveling .. traveling .. traveling .. whew ..
june-november => started a serious relationship in early june and end it in the end of november.
august => bought my mom her dreaming clothing. She’s so exciting with what she got!
september => found ‘error 99’ on my cute camera. so sad :(
september => went to spore for the first time (finally!) and met fun guys and stuffs there. spent time with my beloved brother. fun days in spore with yummy indian food hahahaha..
april-december => found a LOT of silly dramas from a guy i called as boyfriend :((
november-december => spent days in semarang for project
december => just realise that i pending all pics i captured in 2007. lot of stuffs q-ing for my picture website. lot of things to do in 2008!
december => got a super surprise email at december 11th 2007 (hihihi .. was this the extraordinary miracle?) i think so. HE knows the best time to gave me surprises cos december 10th was a very hard day for me. it was one of the worst days for me in 2007.
december => register my new house to a rental agent. btw they stopped my electricity & water facility since i ignored my monthly responsibility hihihihi..

for short, until the end of 2007, God has been stuffed me with His kindness, mercy and goodness. God still loves me and HE shows me that HE loves me much more than i ever imagine :)

i have a good friend called as leo.

the funny things between us is that we draw a line between us the first time we know each other. as two souls keep communicate with each other, feeling may grow, liking may grow. we promised to keep ourself as mystery, never exchange personal data and keep chatting. he asked me to treat him as "brother" but in the same time he said that he doesnt believe in brother sister relationship between two non blooded related persons, only love relationship between two persons of opposite sex.. if they are very close...
hahahahahaha he's so funny!

many many times he only show himself up just to say hello then disapear for days. yea, he'a a busy leader and a good businessman who always busy. he always think of his business performance. thought it was his bad manner not to give prior notice before he ended our chat but then i know that he's REALLY a busy man. hahaha .. sorry brother :)

you might think that he is "crazy" and plin-plan (inconsistent). oops, he's not crazy at all. he's the most wise and honest chat friend i ever met. he's smart, cool and VERY honest. he tried to end our friendship twice cos we have different level of thinking. he's not match with me at all. emotionally, he's a well developed man, on the other hand im a very undiscipline, straight forward, no certain goals in life, childish etc..etc.. (so it must be pain for him to deal with a ppiglet)

wow. great leo, ah? yea. great him and poor ppiglet :(

geeeeezzzz... before this i never know that leo is your real name. i thought leo was only a nick :p

doggies loves me...

yea. thats right.
about 3 years ago i stay in a house with a black english cocker spaniel dog. he was a very courious dog. he barks in every stranger came to the house. and will never stop until the guest leaves his teritory. hahaha
the problem was .. we need to stay there for about 3 days! for short, fredo - the dog then become very close with me in less than 2 hours ive been there.

he follow me wherever i go. he wanted me to pet and touch him. if not then he will put his head on my hand or tried to sit on my lap -we (the host and i) always sat on a red carpet-. he will stand in his 2 legs if i stand, putting the other front legs on me. he tried to enter and stay on my room. at night he stay in front of my room all night, crying. he wished he could come in.

the host were all wonder why fredo became very close to me cos he never even do those things to any of the owner. after 3 days we left the house and the next month was christmas. the house owner sent me christmas sms and told me that fredo died.
after my leaving, fredo was sick and got stressed. he did not want to eat at all. they took do to his vet but it didnt work. he passed away about 2-3 weeks after my leaving.

yesterday i went to salatiga city for relatives and i saw a big male german shepherd dog in his big cage. i came near him to say hello and the people said : don’t come too close, edo is very dangerous and fierce. pls don’t come near him. but for me he looks very cute. he has big brave eyes and soft palms. i came near him and he keep looked at me. then he tried to reach me with his front legs. i can see his blue registration number inside his right ear. ouch .. must be hurt when they put the tattoo when he was only a puppy. poor fellow  he has a black wet nose (a dog with a nose that is not predominantly black must be disqualified. crazy!). when i leave him he cried. he tried to hold my hands with his front legs and play them with his mouth. he didn’t want me to leave him. he enjoy when i pet him and play with ears, scratch his head and back. slrrrpp… he licks me and my glases!

we went to kalioso, to meet my moms old friends. and there they were.. 2 local dogs and we met as old friends! one of them stand on his 2 back legs and reach me for hugs. the other one keep starring at me and allow me to scratch his fury head. love them very much. muuuach..

since last month im seriously trying to get better job, better salary, better way of living (hahaha!). yea, then i ask as it written. i asked. i seek. i knocked.

i asked for a better income, then came one of my current boss. he said that he could not hire me any longer start in january. cryyyyyyyyyyyyyy................

then i keep i asked for a better job and salary, then came the happening that i really dont like. someone took my purse out of my backpack. cryyyyyyyyyyyyyy...........

it just remind me to an old friend Eka. he asked Him to give him patient. and the next days everybody at his work seems queuing, asking for his patiently. wonderful, right?

keep asking ppiglet, keep seeking, keep knocking ..

black canyon the "cozy place"

when i write this im in a "cozy place" in a highland of Candi, semarang, central Java. this is a "cozy place" i heard from an online friend. im travelling for about 12 days for business. im here not because i need to meet friends for hang out. im here cos i just bored at hotel and no place to go. i have one and half day for myself :) today we end at 12pm then we went for lunch in a seafood resto with local style. then spent 2 hours relaxing, chatted with my old crazy friend (mas totok) and my dear brother.

planned to left hotel at 4 but i broke my own plans as usual :p i left hotel at 6 for tahu gimbal and conglie home made ice cream in simpang lima. then jumped into taxi for a cafe called black canyon. i heard about this cozy place from a new unseen friend few days ago. what i was to tried to do was find a cool place for relaxing, killing time and surfing. yea, my best friends during travelling are my laptop and my 3g modem. alas, the modem does not work in this black canyon. the connection is connected but it does not give me a connection! waaaks .... what a bad news pals. but thats ok :)

i tried a cool cold coffee with caramel. and now a bowl of "good food for good health and good life" :) black canyon tom yum kung! yup! cos black canyon is a thai franchise cafe :) hmmm.. a very tasy and spicy bowl of shrimp soup. the mushroom slices were swimming in that dark yellow sour soup :) not bad at all ......

black canyon could said as a cozy place except the warm air and a little bit crowded. i think the ai-con is too warm. they have modern-minimalist interior but in some place (at least in front of me) there couples of big old style chairs and table. they remind us to "jaman belanda". hehehe confusing me :p the people are very friendly, maybe cos they're thai franchise + javanese culture of people. it take place in the front of a hotel (called Candi Baru hotel if im not mistaken). candi is the name of area with high surfaces of lands. my taxi went up and down, up, up, up , down, turn left and right many times before we get there. girls, if you drive smoothly through this area without any problem then i bet you can drive anywhere easily wakakakaka ..

btw this place is full of high class - chinese people with javanese deep dialects. ah.. i have no idea how to describe it. before this cafe i went to a church where i plan to attend tomorrow to check out theirsunday service. alas the indonesian service helds in 6pm in the morning :p and the next service is an english service at 10.30pm. geeez.. and you know what? i lost my indonesian bible since i went to singapore 3 weeks ago. so i like or not i need to use my big english version bible instead of my tiny light little indo bible. maybe thats why God sent me to a church with english service only available for me. hehehe

its 20.45PM now. can you imagine what i had taken this last 8 hours? yummy local style seafood, tahu gimbal, conglie ice cream, cold coffee with caramel, a big bowl of great shrimp tom yummy yum kung and last.. a bottle of aqua to neutralise my throat. wakakakakakakakaka. God, im stuffed with goodness :)


Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope:
